1. Authorized access only

Access only accounts, repositories, systems and data you own or are explicitly authorized to use. Do not use CodeCare to bypass access controls, obtain credentials, expand repository permissions without authority or interfere with another person's account.

2. No malicious code or harmful activity

Do not use the service to create, improve, deploy or conceal malware, ransomware, spyware, credential theft, botnets, destructive payloads or tools intended to compromise systems. Do not use it to exploit vulnerabilities against systems without authorization.

3. No abuse or disruption

Do not overload, probe, disrupt or evade safeguards on CodeCare, GitHub, AI providers, infrastructure or third-party systems. Do not use automated access to evade rate limits or misuse execution capacity.

4. Respect privacy and intellectual property

Do not submit personal, confidential or copyrighted material unless you have authority and a lawful basis to do so. Do not attempt to extract another user's repository content, credentials, prompts or service data.

5. Follow the law and review generated work

Do not use CodeCare for illegal activity, harassment, fraud, unauthorized surveillance or unlawful discrimination. Subscription payments are collected by Dodo Payments, the merchant of record. Do not dispute a legitimate charge in order to keep access after a failed or reversed payment. Review AI-generated code before use; you remain responsible for testing, licensing, security and deployment decisions.

6. Reporting and response

Reports may be sent to abuse@codecare.si. The final policy must explain how reports are assessed, how urgent security issues are handled, what evidence to include, and what appeal process exists. Any suspension or termination process must be described in the final service terms.
